Area Maps for Asilomar Conference Grounds
Whether you are flying or driving, it is easy to get there:
Indicate your room preference on the registration form.
Regular registration includes accomodation in double room at the Asilomar Grounds.
Please list the names of people with whom you wish to share a room, and we will do our best to accomodate your preferences.
Spouses and children are welcome. A limited number of single rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. There are also some suites for families.
Extra persons pay the regular rate, or child rate based on age.
If you wish to make your own lodging arrangements to stay nearby (e.g., Pacific Grove, Monterey or Carmel) a day use fee will be assessed for use of the Conference center.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served in historic Crocker Dining Hall, are included in the registration fee.
Optional box lunches are available for those who wish to eat lunch off-site.
Request for vegetarian or gluten free meals and box lunches must be indicated on the registration form. Ask for your vegetarian or gluten free meal ticket during check-in.
Other special meal requests (e.g. for food allergy) must be arranged directly with the Conference center. Call 831-372-8016 (front desk) and ask for Catering.
If you have off-site lodging, you may purchase meal tickets at the front desk.
