Registration is free and, like last year, the presentations will be made on zoom. However, we are adding a GATHER feature <https://www.gather.town/> that will allow registered attendees to have extended Q&A sessions, and individual and group discussions during the virtual coffee breaks and lunchtime. We are certain this feature will enhance opportunities for connectivity during the conference. We’ll send the link for this feature to all registered participants in early December.
If you are submitting an abstract for the short oral presentations, be sure to obtain and use the official template by following the Abstract link, filling it out, and uploading it by clicking on the designated spot. To be sure your abstract is considered, please submit it before November 30th. Those whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation will be notified by December 3rd.
